Refund policy
In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights and Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the products, without having to provide a reason.
Return costs are borne by the customer, unless otherwise indicated by the seller.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must communicate their decision via email or via the dedicated contact form on the website.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, must not have been worn or used, must have all tags attached, and must be in the original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
If the return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to ship the package. Items sent without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damage and Problems
Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if you find any defects or damage, or if you received the wrong item. This way, we can assess the issue and work to resolve it.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (e.g., beauty products). Additionally, we do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on promotional items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you receive what you want is to return the item you received and, once the return is approved, purchase the new item separately.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you whether or not your refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically receive a refund within 10 business days via your original payment method. It may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
