Order Processing Times

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed starting the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Times
- Italy: within 5 business days of shipment.

Shipment Tracking
All shipments are trackable.
Once the order has been shipped, the customer will receive a tracking code via email to monitor the delivery status.
Couriers
Shipments are made via express couriers selected based on the destination and service efficiency.
The name of the courier will be communicated when the shipment is handed over.
Returns
In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights and Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the products, without having to provide a reason.
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise specified by the seller.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must communicate their decision via email or through the contact form on the website.
Damage or Delays in Delivery
We currently assume no responsibility for any delays, damage, or loss of packages caused by couriers during transport.
